An impressive wee kit with well fitting parts. Requires
carefull forethought before assemble or painting is
impossible! I used pearlescent blue/green over black for the
solar panels. You'll have to make a jig to get the panels to
glue up square. There is no free space inside for proper lighting, so I
solved the problem with fluorescent paint and an overhead
u.v. l.e.d.. Here it is glued into place. Note the pre-masked top
window. The complete cockpit, an impressive 3.7cm wide
inside! The power is transferred to the l.e.d. through two of the
three pins. The l.e.d. is shown here wired to two of the three
pins. Spectacular! It's really difficult to show off the instrument panels
by photographing in near darkness with u.v. light - trust
me, they are quite effective.
